1. License Grant

By purchasing or downloading this music, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to:

• Listen to the music on your personal devices
• Make personal backup copies

This license does NOT allow you to:

• Sell, distribute, or share the music with others
• Use the music in commercial projects (films, ads, monetized videos, public performances, etc.) without prior written permission
• Alter the files for commercial use

2. Ownership

All music, recordings, and associated content remain the exclusive property of Stephen Beck. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the copyright or any intellectual property rights.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute or resell the files in any form
• Upload the files to file-sharing services
• Claim the music as your own work

4. Digital Files

The music is delivered in MP3 / AAC / FLAC format as a ZIP file. Any included metadata (including ISRC, copyright information, etc.) must remain intact.
